Application process step by step
How to Register on the UMED Portal
Admission for 2025/2026 opens on April 1st, 2025
- Visit the Registration Portal Start your application journey by visiting UMED Registration Portal.
- Create Your Account
- Register and set up your account with a secure password (minimum 8 characters).
- Forgotten password? Contact the Admissions Team at admission@umed.lodz.pl.
- Select Your Program Choose the 6MD program or any other program that matches your career ambitions.
- Complete the Application Form
- Carefully fill in the application form step by step.
- Double-check all details to ensure accuracy.
- Submit Your Application
- Once satisfied, hit the “Submit” button.
- Remember: data cannot be modified after submission.
- Upload Required Documents
- Upload scanned copies of required documents directly to your personal panel.
- Documents to upload:
- High school diplomas/certificates and transcripts
- English certificate
- Passport (JPEG or PDF format)
- Passport photo (JPEG format only)
- Click “Accept All Documents” to finalize uploads.
- Document Verification
- The Admission Committee will review your documents for eligibility.
- Stay updated by checking your email regularly (including your spam folder).
- Eligibility for Entrance Exam
- Pay the application fee (€120) once verification is complete.
- Your status will update to “Eligible for Entrance Exam”, and the “Entrance Exam” button will appear in your personal portal.
- Sign Up for the Entrance Exam
- Choose a convenient date for the MS Teams entrance exam.
- All exam details will be sent via email a few days before the exam.
- Receive Exam Results
- Check your email for your results from the Admissions Team.
- Secure Your Final Acceptance
- Candidates who successfully pass the entrance exam and submit all required documents including Eligibility Statement and Recognition Decision (if required) will receive the Letter of Acceptance.
- This letter confirms your admission to the Medical University of Łódź.
