HOW TO EMAIL YOUR TEACHERS?
Please be informed that if you want to write to your teachers or MUL employees, you should use a formal language and style.
The message should be signed by your full name and surname and your student ID no. You should also add your year, program and group no.
Please check the sample message below:
Dear Doctor/Professor/Madam/Sir,
(your message – remember to use official and polite form)
Bast regards,
Student’s name & surname, 1 st year 5DMD, group 1 student ID no: 000000
IMPORTANT!
Remember to use the proper filename for the attached files, should be named as follows:
“name_surname_5DMD_grp1_document’s_name.pdf”
(pdf is the file extension added automatically by a computer, can be also jpg, docx, etc.). ”
