New location of the Administrative Center for Studies in English!
Dear Students,
We would like to inform you that the Administrative Centre for the Organization and Administration of Studies in English has relocated to a new location on the CKD campus, in the Teaching Support Centre, Building U1 (253 Pomorska Street).
The Centre’s offices are located on the 4th and 5th floors:
4th Floor – Building U1
- Office of Agnieszka Dejda, Director of the Centre – Room 420
- Financial Services, Teaching and Planning Section – Room 421
- Admission and Promotion Office – Room 422
- Office of Prof. Sebastian Kłosek, Vice-Dean for English-Language Programmes – Room 426
5th Floor – Building U1
Student Services Office:
- Room 513: preclinical years coordinators (Ms. Karolina Durys – Szczygieł, Ms. Marta Zięba – Marciniak, Mr. Paweł Bulski)
- Room 514: preclinical 5 DMD coordinator Ms. Natalia Gajek – Widerska
- Room 517: clinical years coordinators (Ms. Michalina Baranowska, Ewa Domińczak, Ms. Magdalena Kaczorowska), 5 DMD coordinator Ms. Żaneta Dyk-Shalan
IMPORTANT:
In order to hand in/collect the documents/ discuss an issue, you are kindly requested to make an appointment at least a day ahead of the visit. We have designated special adjacent rooms (#515 for meetings with preclinical coordinators & #516 for meetings with clinical coordinators ) where we will be receiving you at the scheduled times.
